Ultimately, as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I’m looking at where your health is out of balance. Based on the principle of Yin and Yang, our whole world (including the world of our own bodies) consists of opposites that exist in a state of harmony or homeostasis. For example, the same way we have day versus night time, human bodies are designed to have times of activity and also periods to rest. There are many areas of health to look at (e.g. physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc) and, more often than not, people are out of touch with their own specific needs when it comes to these important health domains.

This is typically where we begin our journey together, by reconnecting with what your own individualized health needs actually are so we can create a lifestyle that fulfills them. This is where we uncover the areas of your health that need attention and the root causes of any health concerns you have.

As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I bring lots of different tools and techniques into my practise and am constantly adding to my wellness knowledge base. I believe in integrating health approaches between Eastern and Western medicine, in order to get the best of both worlds, and to offer the most effective treatment from one unique client to the next.

Thanks to the specialized way I operate with each client, everybody’s health journey looks different but most journeys involve looking at thoughts and beliefs that are interfering with the healthy, awesome life my clients are dreaming of. Everything starts as a thought in the mind so we spend just as much time determining your ultimate wellness and general goals and motivations as we do on building the habits that are going to get you there.

From my experience, there are so many people settling for a life that’s, “Okay,” and a level of health that, “Could be worse,” but why settle for anything less than AMAZING when it comes to your daily experience? Seriously. I really do believe that, when it comes to what we really want, we are our only barrier. Let’s kick down those walls together, the world needs you to be at your best, and you deserve to be living in your highest state of wellness.

What do I look at?
Each lifestyle program I design with my clients is unique but my programs are always based on a plan that focuses on six main principles of holistic wellness:
