Healthy Habit
Kickstarter Package ($700)
You need a kick in the butt because you already know what you need to do to get (back) on track with your health (e.g. exercising, eating your greens, getting more zzzs), you just need some accountability to make it happen.

This package is all about determining which habits are best for your biggest health buck and leaving you confident enough to continue them on your own!
  • 4 weekly coaching sessions to get to the root of current health issues and develop the blueprint for discovering optimal health and well-being
    • Each coaching session is one hour long
    • Wellness “homework” between sessions will ensure maximum results and empowerment for long-term success
  • 4 personal training sessions to demonstrate and build confidence with personalized training programs
    • Each personal training session is 45 minutes long
    • Personal training sessions are designed for specific client needs and goals
  • Functional movement assessment
    (including: breathing and postural assessments)
    + Detailed Holistic Health & Lifestyle Assessment results
    (outlining specific health imbalances)
  • Comprehensive Wellness Blueprint
    (Discovering the habits that will be most effective for long-term health and wellness and the motivators to make them possible)
  • Access via text and email for ongoing support and health education, throughout the coaching program, 7am until 7pm.
Vitality
Transformation Package ($600/month = $2,400)
Are you dealing with any pain, illness or negative experiences that have been kicking around for a while? This package is all about (finally!) getting to the bottom of those issues to kick them to the curb and build the kind of health and life experience you’ve been dreaming of!
  • 14 hours of coaching
    • 60-minute in-person or virtual coaching sessions weekly (scaling back to bi-weekly sessions, in our last month together)
    • Wellness “homework” between sessions will give the opportunity to put new healthy habits into action, to start reaping health benefits right away.
  • 16 personal training sessions
    • Each personal training session is 45 minutes long
    • Multiple sessions/week depending on client goals and training preferences
  • Functional movement assessment
    (including: breathing and postural assessments)
    + Detailed Holistic Health & Lifestyle Assessment results
    (outlining specific health imbalances)
  • Comprehensive Wellness Blueprint
    (Discovering the habits that will be most effective for long-term health and wellness and the motivators to make them possible)

  • Home cupboard makeover or Grocery Shopping Trip Assistance
Transforming your health comes from transforming thoughts, beliefs and behaviours in your everyday life. It can’t just be something we’re talking about in coaching sessions, it has to be something you begin putting into action on a day-to-day basis. All prescriptions will be gradual shifts in lifestyle and will be new habits that feel manageable and relevant to overarching health goals.
Our Journey Together Will Always Include…
  • One-to-one personalized coaching & training with individual exercise programs so you can build a strong physical foundation to help you make sustainable changes in your lifestyle.
  • Actionable, week-to-week items to put into practice, in order to be steadily working toward big and small health and wellness goals.
  • A holistic snapshot of your current health to personalize our work together to achieve future goals so that you can learn key indicators of health. (The things that do and don’t matter to your long-term wellness.)
  • Getting to the bottom of the causes of current symptoms to understand which organs/systems of the body need immediate attention so you can finally uproot your issues and build long-lasting health and well-being.
  • Putting together an action plan that provides a road map for the coaching journey we’ll be taking together with a focus on the health habits and lifestyle upgrades that will provide the fastest, most sustainable path to long-term wellness.
Questions are going to arise, between our sessions, with some being integral to the success of your health prescriptions. Accountability may also be necessary for certain health habits to be remembered and executed. I want to be available for whatever support is helpful for your overall success.
About Me
My wellness career kicked off, in 2009, at the University of Waterloo. I was graduating with an Honours Psychology degree, focusing specifically on the area of health psychology and excited to use that knowledge alongside my Personal Training Specialist certification. I would be kicking butts into shape and making sure people’s minds were in a healthy state too. It wasn’t long before I put my student hat back on at George Brown College for my Fitness and Health Promotion diploma to cover all the bases of my knowledge in the areas of biology, physiology and all things human body from a health and wellness perspective.

By the end of that program, I had landed in the corporate wellness sector where I also brought a Group Fitness Instructor certification, and a passion for mindfulness meditation that I had cultivated during an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop.

A love of looking at health from all different angles naturally led me to my first-level certification as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) through the C.H.E.K Institute in 2012 and, six years later, I’ve completed the third level of HLC training, with my own coaching practice.

There are so many things about what I do that I love. I started out in the industry because I had gotten first-hand experience of the life-changing impact health practises like fitness and nutrition make and I wanted to help people discover that in their own lives. Now, more than ever, the thing that excites me most about my job is helping people get to the bottom of anything that’s taking away from their quality of wellness and empowering them with their own unique formula for well-being. Wellness isn’t just about what you’re eating or how you’re moving, it’s also about: the quality of your thoughts, how well your choices reflect your values, and, ultimately, your ability to tap into the needs of your body, mind, and soul to honour and fulfil them.
